Ice Cream Cake (aka ICC) is a mostly indica variety from and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors. Seed Junkys Ice Cream Cake is a THC dominant variety and is/was never available as feminized seeds.

Unfortunately, Seed Junky doesn't currently sell Ice Cream Cake seeds or clones. Other seed banks and breeders do, though these varieties may have different origins.



Genetic Lineage of Ice Cream Cake



Ice Cream Cake by Seed Junky is believed to be a cross of Wedding Cake and Gelato #33 (aka Larry Bird). Another variety, bred by Mad Scientist Genetics, however, is said to stem from Dream Cookie and Cheesecake. We'll explore both genetic varieties below.



Wedding Cake and Gelato #33 are both well-known US strains. Wedding Cake is roughly 60% indica dominant and known to produce strong effects that couple intense mental euphoria with a deeply relaxing body stone. It is also attributed to Seed Junky Genetics, though its genetic origins are also heavily debated. Gelato #33, on the other hand, was bred by Mario Guzman of Sherbinskis and combines Sunset Sherbet with Thin Mint Cookies. Like GSC and other Cookies descendants, Gelato #33 is beloved for its balanced yet very potent effects.



Ice Cream Cake by Mad Scientist Genetics has slightly different genetics. Its first parent is Dream Cookie, another Mad Scientist strain bred from Super Blue Dream (Blue Dream x Super Silver Haze) and Girl Scout Candy that contains 25% THC. Its second parent is Cheesecake, a deeply relaxing indica strain created by crossing Confidential Cheese with Girl Scout Candy.



Physical Characteristics of Ice Cream Cake



Ice Cream Cake by Seed Junky Genetics currently isn't available in seed or clone form. Nonetheless, there are some grow reports of this strain online.



In general, Seed Junky Ice Cream Cake plants look nice and bushy, with broad, dark green leaves—characteristic of their indica dominance. They seem to vegetate vigorously and stay relatively compact, both indoors and outdoors. Once in bloom, Ice Cream Cake plants quickly produce weighty, elongated flowers.
