Critical Purple Kush by Dawg Star is an amazing strain for pretty much everyone; with just a little care and a light nutrient schedule you can harvest deliciously aromatic flowers. This stable hybrid comes from a combination between a Critical Mass and a beautiful, breathtaking Purple Kush plant. The resulting strain is high-yielding, easy to grow, sturdy and pretty fast.

Indoors it grows similar to old school Critical mass plants, so we recommend placing between 9-12 plants per square meter, which is plenty of space for all of them to grow correctly. You can harvest around 400-500g per square meter when done right, although expert growers may be able to harvest more. Make sure you keep an eye on the humidity in your grow room, as its dense buds can easily become infected with mildew. It should be ready to harvest after around 8-10 flowering weeks.

Outdoors you’ll need to set up a decent trellis in order to keep its branches nice and strong. When given enough space to grow properly it can grow enormously, although you may want to reconsider if you live in a rainy climate. Its buds are incredibly dense and it can be a bit hard to keep them from getting too wet. This plant can grow over 2m tall easily, producing over 700g per plant which should be ready to harvest towards the end of September.

Its flavor is definitely more Purple than it is Critical, although both are combined in an earthy, sweet flavor. Its effect is intensely relaxing and quite physical, although it also has a sort of mentally energetic side.
