The best seed bank in the USA. The selection is outstanding and an easy to navigate web site. Very kind and great knowledge of what they sell. Prices are as good as you can find. There are always sales. Great delivery time too. Don't bother going through pages on other sites, it is all here.

Ordered feminized seeds $150 worth gave me 11 feminized seeds they sent me five free for a total of 16 seeds. Working with the staff was awesome and delivery was fast. After following their directions 100% all seeds sprouted in the paper towel, after carefully planting I lost one after another. They would come up an inch the stem would turn white tip over and die. All of them same thing! Now I have a total of four plants. I understand there's no guarantee but I tried emailing and got no reply! Now it's too late in the season to start over..

Pros: Can get ahold of them via phone easily which is rare among seedbanks.
Cons: Placed an order over $500 which qualifies for 'free' or included shipping but was charged the delivery fee anyway.
If this was the only mistake no big deal but was also charged sales tax and live in a state that Seed Cellar doesn't have sales tax nexus （or have to charge it）. The representative was reluctant to send the （refund for shipping） asking something to the effect "Do you really want me to send 10 dollars to you via mail." I certainly would want my refund if it were only a dollar and should not be made to feel like I am causing their office an issue to make the request. After all the issue was created by their error.
Also had a germination issue that wasn't handled or addressed but simply brushed aside after being told the breeder would be contacted. The breeder may have not answered, if Seed Cellar did attempt to make contact, albeit they dropped the ball again and ceased to reach out to me! It has been nearly two weeks since my original phone call.
The News Year sale needs much more specific & better wording as it is vague - had to call twice now and email once to ask several questions to clarify. Unfortunately wanted to place another large order during the sale but don't want to repeat the first bad experience. Very disappointed
