I ordered seeds from this company two months ago they were terrible most of them were said to be female most of them turned out to be male the worst experience ever they won't answer the phone they won't respond to emails

I have ordered Pineapple Express numerous times from Premium seed market and had nothing but great success with them. It is a little concerning they claim to be in Oregon but packages arrive from Michigan. The Pineapple Express seeds grew to be around 7 ft tall indoors. I put one plant in a 5×5 tent and it completely filled the tent. That plant produced 1.3 lbs dry weight indoors. I have not tried their other strains but they are my go to for Pineapple Express seeds.

Always been a pleasure dealing with this company. I have made at least a dozen orders with them over the last couple years.
I have tried ILGM/Rocket Seeds/ Royal Queen/Seedman etc. None of those seedbanks seems to have the quality of seeds per seed and shipping turnaround time. I generally receive my order within 7 days of purchasing. They do have a faster shipping option, but it only comes a couple days earlier. Overall, this seed bank is pound for pound better than most. My friends order from them too and have had mostly positive results. Seeds are a fickle thing to purchase because there is a lot put back onto the customer in terms of growing them. Its not like buying a t-shirt that you know will fit you. I don't have a problem with the other seed banks, but PSM does seem to have the best genetics （germination guarantee doesn't hurt either） for the price.
Plus, I like the fact that they are a small, family owned company. Most seed banks are just commercial grade operations that don't really care about their customers because they are linked up with so many different farmers. I've had a tour of PSM's farm in Oregon from a friend of a friend and they are truly a family that is out to help others. I'm not saying every single grow from their seeds have been 10/10 but I can honestly say most have been pretty darn good. Again, nothing against the other seed banks （ I still order from other vendors now and again）, but PSM is the best overall from my experiences purchasing seeds online for roughly 10yrs now.

Spent quit a bit of money on feminized seeds and so far most are male. Complete waste of my time money and resources. Still no response on any of the emails I've sent to address this.

First time customer here. I ordered and got my beans within 9 days. Not bad considering most banks are from oversees and take at least a few weeks. I purchased my regular seeds for $4/seed and fems for $9/seed, not bad! All harvests have been beautiful!

Great seeds! 25/25 popped and thriving in my 10 x 14 grow tent. I have ordered the Blue Dream seeds at least half a dozen times now. Always solid yields and THC testing levels. My forever seed bank!

Rocket Seeds contacted me to post a fraudulent review about PSM, HA! Said they'd give me free seeds.
BEWARE of fraudulent reviews!
I've have nothing but success with this company out of Oregon. Unbelievable what people will do for free stuff.

I've never had a bad experience with this company, neither have my friends. All of us have had beautiful, strong, resilient plants grow after grow.
I know for a fact that some of these reviews are fraudulent as I've been told they are being paid off by competitors. They've admitted it to me on other forums in the space! How horrible.
Anyways, generally get orders within 7-10 days. Seeds are wonderful.

Save yourself the headache and do not order from these people. I tried reaching them the day after to ask when the order would ship because I paid the extra $10 for the expedited shipping and after two days of trying to reach them I tried to cancel the order. Finally after numerous emails and voice messages ,because they NEVER answer their phones, I get a text message apologizing and some excuse about their phone system being down （that was a month ago and still can’t reach them）. They also promised, via text messaging, that they would submit a credit. Still a month later and no credit. My biggest issue and the reason I cancelled was that it’s impossible to reach them and after looking up the reviews I realized that if there were any issues with the order I would never be able to resolve it. I also looked up their reviews too late. I should have done it before I ordered and I would have seen all the bad reviews about their lack of customer service and no one answering their phones. Their FAQ on their website are also lies and false advertisement: They DO NOT “ship 2 to 3 days after the order has been placed” nor do they, “if your order has not been been shipped, then we should be able to issue a refund, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order”. These are quotes from their site and I reached out to them days before they shipped and no credit. Liars and thieves is what they are.

The 1st. & 2nd. Order worked out as advertised.
On my 3rd. Order （October 2022）, my package tracking shows that it's made it to Albany, NY. Then it just sat there for months now.
I've tried contacting Premium's customer service VIA TEXTS, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS...SEVERAL TIMES.
Apparently they have NO customer support, or don't give a darn about about developing customers-relationships.
They got my money, and there's plenty of new suckers out there giving them more.
Perhaps their mission-goal is GET WHAT YOU CAN BEFORE YOU GET SHUT DOWN?
SUMMARY = GOOD PRICE if you have GOOD LUCK.

No answering the phone or email. In Oregon but number comes from Michigan. Order trianwreck and 80 days in all hermes. Major disappointment. Countless hours with high frequency fertigation. Spent thousands on all brand new equipment. Medical grow and no I have no medicine for months . Wasted 100s of dollars and very upset. NEVER BUY HERE. I am a customer not another seed bank.

I usually order from I Love Growing Marijuana and have had no issues with them.
I received an email from Premium Seed Market to Buy 100 seeds for $350.

So I ordered 4 packs of 10 or 40 seeds & get 4 packs of 10 or 40 seeds FREE!
My order came today and only 40 seeds were inside!
Inside my order was a card or coupon Holiday Coupon, Use code "bogo22" to DOUBLE your purchase!
As of yet, I have not heard back from the email I sent using their contact page.
Tomorrow I will call and see what they have to say if they answer the phone.
I have read reviews that this is a pattern with this company but I thought, how could they do that and stay in business?
Right now I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to wait a few days.
I will get back after I hear from them or if I don't hear from them. Or if they answer their phone?
I will contact my CC company if they don't respond by tomorrow or answer their phone.

Very unhapppy with this place. First they make a BOGO free offer that they don't honor, but after numerous emails finally did. Then I find that only 1 out 10 seeds even sprouted. Customer service non-existent and complete refusal to answer phone messages and many emails. Beware. Not reputable company anymore!

So I ordered batch of mixed seeds thinking I’d get labeled assortment of seeds so I know what strain and type they were, all I got was a tube of very small immature seeds. I’m not sure if these are their low quality other wise discarded seeds or if I got scammed. I did contact them on their website and on instagram with no response. Just a waste of money.

I've ordered from them twice before. I just like the price for the quantity of seeds you get. First time I ordered skunk 1 & Trainwreck. Second time I ordered apple fritter, Trainwreck, blueberry OG. This last time I ordered waffle cone, GMO cookie, and slurricane feminized. Did not get my GMO cookie but they replaced it with lava cake. Email response seems to be slow or not existent. Email them a question once before with no response. Email about this last order but going to give them 24 hours to find out if they respond. I've never had a problem with slow shipping except for this last order which it was around Christmas time so I would expect it. Got enough seeds to last me a while. I've never had a problem with them except for communications. But never had a problem with them sending me a tracking number with my order after it was completed.

Ordered feminized ice cream cake with CC, got a tracking number next day. 5 days later USPS still says waiting on item so I email them, no response. Seeds show up 2 days later and they are tiny ~1/3 the size I'm used to seeing. Of 10 seeds 2 have sprouted, emailed again to see which feminized seeds are bigger, no response.
