Do-Si-Dos is a mostly indica variety from Zamnesia and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of ±60 days) and outdoors. Zamnesias Do-Si-Dos is a THC dominant variety and is/was only available as feminized seeds.

Do-Si-Dos is a feminized seed that combines genetics from Face Off OG—a potent OG Kush phenotype born in California in the late 1990s—with OG Kush Breath （OGKB）, a powerful descendant of Girl Scout Cookies that produces an intense, full-body stone.

In the grow room, Do-Si-Dos is a real pleasure. Thanks to its indica dominance, the strain stays nice and compact, making it ideal for indoor growers working in smaller tents or rooms. When grown outdoors in large pots （50–60l） under the sun, however, these plants can reach heights of up to 2m.

Thanks to its vigorous and bushy growth, Do-Si-Dos is a perfect candidate for regular pruning and defoliation, as well as more intense training techniques such as super cropping, main-lining, and FIM. It also performs particularly well in ScrOG, especially if you grow a single plant in a large pot and use LST to really open up its canopy. If you’re working in a larger indoor tent/room, Do-Si-Dos also responds well to SOG.

Upon entering bloom, Do-Si-Dos’ flowers will grow and thicken extremely quickly, delivering a harvest in just 8–9 weeks. Given its indica-dominant genetics, this strain produces really dense buds, so it is super important to keep a close eye on temperature and RH during the final stages of flowering to avoid mould.

Like its parents, Do-Si-Dos produces a very strong stone that settles in after just a few tokes. Unlike Face Off OG or OGKB, however, Do-Si-Dos is much more balanced, relaxing the entire body while leaving the mind alert and clear. Over time, you may notice that Do-Si-Dos makes your mind wander and daydream, which, for some people, may promote creative thinking or introspection.

Thanks to its complex terpene profile, Do-Si-Dos boasts an exceptional aroma that combines citrus notes with hints of berries and herbal, earthy undertones. Some users may also detect hints of vanilla, which pay homage to OGKB.
