Maximus

Maximus is an indica/sativa variety from South Fork and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of ±60 days) and outdoors. South Forks Maximus is a THC dominant variety and is/was never available as feminized seeds.

As one of our top selling strains, Maximus is a big yielder and produces a very homogenous harvest. That homogenous look makes it ideal for producing flower for dispensaries, who often prefer consistent product. The structure of the flower allows for simpler processing, making it a trimmer favorite.

Maximus is one of the simplest plants to grow that South Fork Seed Collective offers., which is why we call it our work horse. Capping off at about 10 feet tall, this strain gets tall and yields big. If you have space considerations, make a plan to keep its mass under control. Grown well in the sun, it can yield between 8 to 10 pounds.

The West Coast Dog mom used to create Maximus was from a clone-only strain that our breeders have worked with successfully for many years. To improve on that potential, the West Coast Dog was crossed with South Fork Seed Collective’s proven male Chemdawg bc3 and together they created a productive, hearty strain that is easier to clone. Ideal for large-scale.
