Basic / Breeders Info
Afgan Kush Ryder is an automatic flowering ruderalis/indica variety from World of Seeds and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors where the female, autoflowering plants need ±64 days from the seedling to the harvest. World of Seeds' Afgan Kush Ryder is a THC dominant variety and is/was only available as feminized seeds.
World of Seeds' Afgan Kush Ryder Description
This new cross between Afghan and Ruderalis gives a new autoflowering indica characteristic. The aspect shown is from the well known Afghan Kush with the autoflowering appreciated because of its rudelaris genotype. It is actually an Afghan Kush with a reduced size but with an independent photoperiod. A new special treat for lovers of this legendary variety.
Exclusive for indoors. Outdoors the crop is reserved for the months from may/june when the photoperiod is on its maximum.
Linage: Pure Landrace proceeding from Afghanistan re-crossed with Rudelaris.
Genotype: indica-rudelaris 100%
Hight: 40-80 cm
Wight: Limitated to what one stem can proporcionate. It is not recommended to do cuttings with autoflowering strains.
Growing phase: its growing phase depends on its flowering phase.
Production 350 - 450 gr/m indoor
25 - 45 gr/plant outdoor
Resistance to mildew: High
Resistance to plagues: Middle/ High.
Irrigation tolerance: It does not like to many irrigations because of its rudelaris genetic. Fertilization is tolerated specially in advanced phases of flowering.
Flowering phase: 45-55 days indoors and outdoors. Its flowering does not depend on a photo period.
Medical value: High
Smell: Hash
Taste: Noble wood
Effect: very narcotic, almost devastating.

A great choice, especially for new growers, it just kept trucking along. I learned so much, I made every mistake but still ended up with some amazing pot. My first plant survived being over watered, under watered, ph problems, having a light dropped on it, under fertilized and over fertilized. I had heat problems and humidity problems. There are a million things you need to tune and I did them all wrong the first time and this plant just still produced a very strong and very well balanced high and as I've gotten better, so have my yields. No herms yet, knock on wood. Couldn't ask for more. As far as smokability -- I find this strain is especially good alone, but also excels in combination. It produces a strong but kind of generic high, so it seems to boost the uniqueness of what ever you pair it with.

This was an autoflowering seed. This plant nearly ruined my grow of another plant. It developed pollen sacks almost as soon as it developed pistols. It was a true hermie and I had to chuck it about 5 weeks in. During that time I can say
1- DO NOT SCROG this plant. It does not like to be messed with. The branches turn tough really fast and don't want to budge. I don't think it took kindly to topping. It seems this is a plant that needs to just grow without fussing over it. That is if you get one that's stable and doesn't grow big huge pollen sacks immediately.
All in all I won't be growing this again. I did some looking around and there's a lot of complaints about this strain tending toward hermaphrodite. The general consensus is that the bud itself is amazing, but that's if you want to risk your time growing a plant that might grow balls on you. Personally I'd rather grow something stable.

Afghan Kush Ryder, stealthy （not very smelly） very potent, narcotic, heavy. Strongest autoflowering strain I am aware of. Flavours = quite dry, peppery, bland not very fruity, just slightly so, unless you squeeze the buds and break the terpenes in the trichomes up. Extremely frosty and slightly leafy bud sructure but massive frost production. It hits very hard. Very powerful Ganja. Maybe the buzz is a little dull because it is very heavy. A one hit wonder for me... layed on floor for 2-3 hours flat. Starts of slow growth then really explodes, growth becomes extremely fast, finished it in 64 days outdoors. Stealthy plant as smell is not strong for first 6 weeks, only really smelling in the final 2 weeks when buds swell up. And even then there are more smelling strains. I can recommend this over the Northern Lights auto that people like because smell is quite low. This also has low smell but much greater potency.

Fucking amazing strain !! Absolutely recommend !!
Im not an experienced grower, and its very easy to grow, resistant to molds, and very strong !!!
Also high yields, about 120 of dry buds from 3 plants.
