First order o got a refund, customs on Australia purchased an Organic Scanner so yes 1seed in socks busted I think they then introduced insurance for NZ and aus , $20 bucks Xtra they send the seeds 3xs then refund or 2xs can't remember. Had vague issues they charged my PayPal like I was a business I think I lost 15$. Needless to say they listened to my story , no seeds were getting in I believe ILGM（hate them btw） stopped Oceania orders. Most did but Herbie's adapted and now 95% get through. Anyway I ordered Black Russian, GDP n blue dream. Busted so they resend I don't believe they'll get through but I paid insurance so then I had to choose different seeds as GDP n blue dream they sold out of so I say U guys Judy send what U reckon hps 4x4, they sent sexy white Devil and purple punch. Now black Russians I think we're dinaferm, the SWDevil is a sick sativa Dom or some indica Dom genes but so covered in smells. Anyway 3 mad strains no hermied like solid easy grows. The purple punch had a Thrips bugbash with 4 lined tree bugs as special guests, never had that b4 they are insane bad. So the punch is fantastic it just attracted caterpillar moths tree bugs mites etc
So I think Herbie's works well with seed banks supplies what they think is right and deserves Australian support as local seed banks are terrible. It's funny they're mostly run off shore anyway. So Herbie's ima coming.
Also they have freebies with deals from the seed banks, ie nirvana seed or Barneys farm, I think RQS are there.

Seeds where NOT in the original Breeders package. If you want faith you are getting what you paid for, try another reseller. I can't imagine anyone doing this nowadays.

Placed an order back in early September. Was confiscated at customs. Gave Herbies an alt address to resend and nothing. Here it is 2 months later and no indication from Herbies they are sending seeds. Check their website and see how many complains there are now. They've blurred them out saying they are investigating them but it's all the same...no seed orders received. I have to agree with someone else who thinks custom's recognizes their address and packaging and are confiscating a lot of them. I'll be looking for another seedbank. Herbies changed and not for the better.

Order didn’t come. Contacted claims for refund as per their policy. They asked for my PayPal, I gave it, they never refunded, they stopped replying, completely scammed me.

Also has some varieties there and not just the "standard" seeds in stock
I think the chat function is great and manned 24/7 as far as I can tell.
Delivery time really fast with express and not at all overpriced as with other retailers.
I give 10/10 points in all areas

Herbies delivered quickly and discretely, with bonus seeds to try as well. As feminized plants are accepted as almost like clones, I germinated only one seed from each variety ordered and was rewarded with beautiful, vibrant examples of careful breeder selection. I have tested their terpene profiles and verified that they are indeed the indicated famous varieties ordered. I'm pleased with Herbies' quality, selection and prices, and am very likely to shop them again.

Took 30 seeds to germinate 15 seedlings. Claims had me jumping through hoops for 2-3 weeks and treated me as if I were a cheating liar. Will never buy from them again.

I was very impressed with their customer service.
Besides tracking, I rec'd an email from them confirming my order had arrived. And then another follow up email out of the blue two weeks later asking if I was happy with my order. And if there was any issues they'd make it right.
More familiar with the 'Tude's credibility/customer service, I hadn't seen the level of customer service from Herbies ever b4.

Made my first order with them back in 2015 and Ive been a customer ever since,
Made a mistake in my order, emailed them with the changes there was £1.38 change left, I told them to keep it or if they felt generous to add me and extra seed of one freebie they were giving, which they did.

- Seed quality depends on the breeders but overall most of my seeds germinate 70% on average(maybe because I always buy a couple of clearances that might be old stock)
- Always have tons of clearances and breeders offers(freebies, %off) that cumulates with their freebies, so with any order(even 1 seed you sure to get at least 2-3 freebies, I usually get at least 10-12 freebies, thanks to that I discovered some amazing strains and breeders I would not have looked into otherwise
- the only downside is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other retailers but its worth it because you get a ton of great quality freebies

Herbies sells for many breeders so if a breeder has a bad batch of seeds has not much to do with Herbies but i reached out to them when all 6 of my Apothecary Lemon OG seeds never popped. 2 did but were malformed as in the very first leaves never grew apart and stayed in the shape of the seed and died after 2 weeks of prayers lol. Herbies is the best! for one time only they sent a replacement at full cost to them. This is how you get return customers. Should have went with DNA but I wanted regular for seed making so had to grab Apothecary lemon OG.
