GOG sent me an email asking me to review my last order of Nov 25th . 2 weeks after ordering. Order included tracking. No tracking info ever provided, even after requesting. I've called, messaged, emailed... nothing. ZERO customer support no answers to any form of contact. This was my 5th order and my last, order shipped on 28th it's now the 9th of December. It was good until it wasn't, then I got Ghosted.

Ordered, my card denied due to sus activity. Approved it, got charged. Account never showed （still doesn’t today） the order as processed. Was and is marked “cancelled” contacted them 3 times In 2 days with no response. Got seeds about 3 days after order was paid. So I got my seeds but never got an update about them or anything. Bought 20 seeds Tropicana cookies auto, tried germing 5 in cup of water all 5 sank which is good sign.

Ordered from Garden of Green about 3 weeks ago. Also placed another with their sister company Expert seeds. Expert seeds arrived in less then a week. Garden of Green have yet to arrive. Ive plaved a number of orders with various banks and this is the first issue Ive experienced. Stuff does happen and Im understanding of that. With that being said, Very poor communication. Took me almost a week to talk to a real person and had to join IG to get contact info. Provided no tracking and told to wait 4 weeks. Will update as soon as a get progress. Not happy and cant recommend at this point.

I placed a small test order of 5 seeds. One germinated, I cracked open the other 4 and found no living matter in any of the seeds. I contacted them but there was no response from them. Never again.
