Basic / Breeders Info

OG Kush is an indica variety from and can be cultivated indoors (where the plants will need a flowering time of ±55 days) (as like as outdoors in the right climate zones). Dinafems OG Kush is a THC dominant variety and is/was only available as feminized seeds.

Dinafems OG Kush Description

The Original Gangster Kush was created in California, near Los Angeles, in San Fernando Valley, after 3 generations of crossing and stabilization. It is the most popular strain in South California and it has become the #1 in the U.S.A.

The term Original Gangster refers to someone that has gone up on the scale of producers/vendors of cannabis until reaching the top to become the boss. This strain is the boss of the biggest cannabis market in the world.

It has a world class flavor, like lemmon mixed with gasoline. It is an exotic blend of indica and sativa and this taste is one of the reasons that people get to pay up to $30 per gram. Another reason is that rappers, actors and VIPs in California demand this strain more than any other.

It is overwhelmingly potent, up to 24% THC and 0,23% CBD, analysis carried out by laboratories in California. It is75% Indica and genetically is composed by Lemon Thai / Pakistani crossed with the famous ChemDawg. Leaves are neon green and totally trichome covered. In Europe is not so famous, even though it's starting to be so. Now you can try the Californian flavor.

Of the five seeds I bought, four popped （but only after scruffing them）. Of the four seedlings, three hardly made it above ground before dying. Seedling #4 did made it above ground, but died a day later for no apparent reason. Three of the five seeds looked wimpy and pale, so I wasn't all too surprised about what happened.

The seeds came in the orginal packaging that said they were produced the same year I bought them. As far as I can tell, they were stored properly before I bought them - I definitely stored them correctly. The other seeds I bought were older, but popped and grew fine. So over all, I'd say my experience isn't the consequence of improper handling, but in fact the result of shitty seeds.

Of course, my experience does not reflect the general viability or quality of this seedline, but for me it was a total failure. Hence the rating: 0/10...

VERY UN-HAPPY WITH THIS STRAIN - WAS EXPECTING MORE FROM BREEDER, AS STATED VERY SMALL PLANT ANS ALL THAT COMES WITH IT -IF ONE GETS THE "TALL" PHENOTYPE THINGS MIGHT GET BETTER

I have grown this a few times now all from the same mother that I selected from seed. If grown as in a single cola SOG set up you will get a very long single cola and a good yield, or if topped and bushed out you will get a smaller yield and smaller, more compact, hand grenade type buds. Both styles produce frosty nuggets so it just depends on your situation. After trying both I will be sticking with a SOG of 16 clones, topped once in a 1m x 1m tray.

This strain is a real crowd pleaser which is why I have spent the time on it. No matter what strains I give out this is nearly always the favourite. Easy to grow and my pheno stretches a fair bit so I can flower them while they are small with confidence.

It is a keeper in my garden for now.

I received a free seed from Dinafem when I bought some seeds from Herbies Head Shop. I decided to do a test grow using a local biofertilizer/biopesticide I had been hearing about called M.T. Becker's Happy Roots. The weed was outstanding and I grew it outside in a one gallon pot no problems with pest and extreme weather. It took only 91 days- 45 grow and 46 bloom!

Matures plants early if used more often while still giving me a very good yield. Great weed recommend using Happy Roots!

Very easy to grow, responds well to topping and builds nice compact buds then. Be careful with nutes, you can quickly overdose them with this strain. The smoke can be a bit harsh, but the effect is just great. Really relaxing. It really hits you hard, but also pleasantly. The first 30-60 minutes you'll be relaxed, aroused, happy, creative. Then the couch lock kicks in and you can easily hit the bed if you want to. But the great thing is that you don't have to, if you don't want to sleep. It's also making you hungry, a lot. So be careful :）

For medical patients I think this strain is nearly perfect.

I grew this twice. First time was classic OG Kush, was very pleased, no different from top shelf OGK in California. Beautiful taste, smell, very strong and large hard buds - flawless! Second time there was a hell of a stretch, much more piney smell which I was not fond of （but my friends liked）, and stretched out buds. Still potent, much more Sativa like. First time was 9/10, the last time was more 7/10.

Cultivada en exterior, plantada a finales de octubre （Hemisferio SUR） y cosechada a mediados de Abril.

En líneas generales, es una genética excelente, tiene un ritmo de crecimiento rápido y vigoroso, tiende a ramificarse y asimilar bien los nutrientes, pero hay que tener cuidado de no pasarse con los fertilizantes （especialmente en indoor）, tambien cabe destacar su resistencia a ciertos tipos de plagas （trips, araña roja, etc） y stress.

Tanto su aroma como su sabor es muy cítrico y con notas muy fuertes similares al olor del combustible y a limon, dato a tener en cuenta si se cultiva en indoor y la discreción es necesaria ya que su aroma se percibe a la distancia.

Para resumir, una gran genética que sobresale en todos los aspectos y tiene merecida su buena reputación, recomendada para cultivadores principiantes y expertos por igual.

Nettes Bodyhigh, wurde geerntet als die Trichome zu 90% milchig waren. Werde mir die Sorte allerdings nichtmehr von Dinafem ins Haus holen. Sie hat angefangen schon früh unter 18/6 zu blühen. Ich glaube mittlerweile, dass da etwas beim Verpacken der Seeds falsch lief und ich eine Automatic anstelle der OG Kush bekam, sollte es doch das original gewesen sein - daumen hoch für den Turn, daumen runter für die Zickereien im Wuchs und das schwächliche Gesamtbild.

Hatte 3 fem seeds. Alle gekeimt. Die Phenos waren alle ein bisschen unterschiedlich, mal mit etwas mehr kush-geruch und mal mit seltsam würzig und erdigen Aroma mit einer ganz leichten Zitrus-Frucht-Note im Hintergrund. Die Wirkung ist sehr stark indica-stoned. Das bedeuted, dass sie dich je nach Pheno mit nur wenigen Zügen richtig umhauen kann. Blütezeit ist kurz und Ertrag ist hoch.

Gesamteindruck: 9/10

overal: 8/10 she grow fast and flowering time is too short just 6 weeks. not need much care or fertilizer. smells like somekind flower taste is diffrent actually strain is totally diffrent she has no skunk she has no haze if you look diffren perfect choose for you.1 recommended
