Mr Nice Seedbank - Black Widow

A most infamous strain that since 1994 has won a number of awards, including the High Times Cannabis Cup in 1995, and has acquired acclaim from most corners of the globe - rightly so. It has a pedigree of parentage that combines a Brazilian Sativa with a South Indian hybrid. Basically, it is the original parents of White Widow changing its colors like its company. Indoors 10 weeks of flowering will be necessary to realize the immense resin production. In the northern hemisphere expect harvest around September/October, having planted as late as June. However, there is a chance that rain could reduce the expected yield. A highly recommended strain for amateur breeders - the male being preferable.

Expected yield: Indoors 350/450g/m2, G/h and outdoors 300/400 g/plant
Flowering period: Indoor flowering time expect approximately 8-10 weeks. Harvest date in the northern hemisphere should be by the end of Sept to the beginning of Oct and in the southern hemisphere end of March to April.
Recommendations: For the inexperienced grower to the most advanced grower…but it is all in selection.
Special Notes: Numerous growers world wide who know how to grow will have at some time or other had this plant on their grow list. The plant is vigorous and well scented not to mention it frosts up the last weeks of the flowering cycle. Highly recommended.

eigenartigerweise sind hier wenig kritiken über die strains von "mr.nice",dabei gilt der züchter shanti baba alias scott blakey doch als schöpfer vieler wichtiger sorten..nun gut,dann will ich das mal tun.black widdow soll ja die UR white widdow sein.kann ich nicht beurteilen ob es die wahrheit ist,auf jeden fall hat mir diese variante gefallen.ich hatte 3 weibliche plants aus regulären seeds(shanti baba lehnt femi-seeds ab,der man hat noch principien).wobei ich gleich mit dem kleinen minus punkt anfange,der mangelnden uniformität zumindest dieser 3 black widdow plants.phenotyp 1:der kürzeste typ.die calyxe,buds sind hier nach der trocknung am härtesten.der "weisse"typus würd ich sagen,mit dem meisten indica einschlag.riecht etwas blumig.endhöhe 58cm.phenotyp 2:mittelhoch,verzweigter,etwas schmalere laubblätter,höherer ertrag als typ 1,auch andere bud-struktur.endhöhe 75cm.phenotyp 3:ganz klar der meiste sativa einschlag.musste die pflante runter binden.wenige sehr schmale laubblätter,dafür umso mehr buds,der höchste ertrag der drei typen.endhöhe 120cm!alle 3 pflanzen hatten 10 tage vegi-wachstum bei 600watt.typ 1+2 blüht 10 wochen,der sativa typ 11 wochen.fazit:gute sorte was high und ertrag betrifft,würd ich weiter empfehlen.stecklingsgrower sollten sich aber genau die richtige mutter suchen,wegen der enormen höhenunterschiede..
