I have been a customer of sensible seeds since 2016 and as i have always been happy with the service I have received and so I haven't felt the need to deal with any other seed company so far! It's a reliable company with a wide selection of seeds and choice of promotions to get bonus seeds. Getting in touch with the company is easy. I usually email them and have found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. I also find the customer notes section of the website useful when placing your order.

The seeds are top quality from reliable seed banks. Comes in sealed packaging and I always have super good success rate when popping them! Highly recommend!

Had a lot of trouble shopping around for a seedbank which would offer CBD seeds and could accept the range of my limitations. But these guys did it faster than an overseas bank transfer, and really looked after me. Thanks sensibleseeds!

Real hard to get seeds here in Oz from Europe,Sensible seeds got thru with their extra stealth method,expensive but it got thru.Great array of breeders on site and extra bonus freebies are a given here.All seeds germinated aswell as the freebies.Other sites talk of stealth delivery but fail miserably these guys deliver on all fronts and could not be more generous and forthcoming.

Sensible Seeds had all of my favourite seeds from different banks in one place, including seeds from banks who won't send to Australia. My order was for strains from Delicious Seeds, Dutch Passion, WOS （World of Seeds）, Bulldog, and some legendary strains from Sensibles own very attractive selection. Many seed banks have discontinued their efficient payment and postage systems for Australian customers, and I really had to work to find a new home that could meet all my needs. Sensible Seeds IS that new home!!! They have a huge selection of payment options, including credit card, the only way I can usually afford to shop. SEED QUALITY is PERFECT!! So far I've had a 100% germination rate and are currently very healthy little seedlings. The effort that went into stealth packaging and POSTAGE was unlike anything I've ever seen. I could never imagine their packages being intercepted. DELIVERY was much faster than I had anticipated, 14 days （10 business days） to my Australian residence using standard shipping. Sensible was UNBELIEVABLY generous with bonus seeds, I was really blown away and have SO much to play with :）. Bottom line, this place is amazing!!! kind, caring, generous, Sensible Seeds work extremely hard for their customers at every stage. I highly recommend you give them just one try and you'll see, you'll never wanna shop anywhere else again 💯💥🥰

Some of the various online seed banks can seem a little daunting and complicated so let me tell you, Sensible Seeds is the one to go with.
I’ve only had amazing experiences ordering from Sensible Seeds.

This is my 3rd delivery from sensibleseeds and as always, I am more than satisfied.

I literally do not know from where to start.

I want to begin with their -customer service- and I want to tell you guyz that I am more than satisfied!!

They have been always passionate about me and they have answered all of my questions. I have made a miss payment but they have provided me a solution again, in a very reasonable amount of time.

I want to state that I have been satisfied with their response time as well. Sometimes 1 work day sometimes less. I am always contacting to them by e-mail.

As it is not legal in my country, people like us, as you would most probably agree with us, people like us, we have concerns, I mean rightful concerns :） . And all I can say is, they always reduced our concerns and made us feel comfortable. I am beyond satisfied with their discreet packing skills. BEST OF THE BEST 🔥🔥

At first, I saw some negative reviews about sensibleseeds, it was saying that the beans that they bought are not fresh.
We have placed 2 orders to sensible seeds lately, the germination rate is 100%. All of them has popped! In addition to this, about our first order, we have waited for a bit because they did not have that much ready in stock. When we have received the seeds, the look was really nice and we did not have any problem about the seed side. I can not say something about the past but we have not faced w/ any problems about germination or bad seed quality last 2 years.

In addition to this, we have made a purchase from the 2022 seed collection, we have made some bulk purchases, we had some serious doubts at first because the price was way much cheaper. As the time passed, we have received the seeds and all of them has popped again!!! It was a really beneficial purchase by our side and we are also satisfied with the germination rates as well.

To sum up;

Let's say something negative as well: As they are working with Royalmail, sometimes you need to wait a bit more but it is not a big deal at all! Better safe than sorry （:

Being that I'm located in the US, it's not always easy or cheap to purchase quality genetics. Over the years I've tried several different seed banks and seems like I always come back to sensible. It's the total package and offers just about anything a person could want. On top of that the staff is friendly, helpful and always respond promptly. It's on the top of my list, and I "highly" recommend.
